There's nothing better than looking down at your hands and seeing a splash of colour across your nails, in fact, I would say that painted nails are essential in day to day life and this season it's gone one step further. No longer is your nail a wall that needs to be painted, but a blank canvas that needs to be turned into art. Women and girls have gone nail art mad this season and I love it.
As a result of this latest craze, many of the major brands have come up with their own versions of nail art.
Essie's new collection 'Sleek Sticks' is a range of brightly coloured stick on patterns to create an unique and stylish look.
O.P.I have a 'Liquid Sand' collection which creates texture
Ciate have their famous nail caviar which adds a 3D effect
However, the intagrammers seem to swear by one simple utensil, and for only £6 I'm not surprised....
